Although happiness can be derived from other source, but if you want to remain happy, it has to be your mindset, it has to start from within you. (Inner peace)

You have to create your own happiness. finding happiness from people is a temporal happiness, but deriving happiness from within you is forever.

Wonder why Mr A is sad with alot he’s got? And Mr B is happy with the very little he has?

It’s true that life could be unfair sometimes, but it’s also true that in life, it can’t be all bad, there are good times and bad times, what you wish to dwell in, is totally up to you.

Happiness, has it’s positive powers, and how it can influence our lives and everything that happens around us, happiness invites good aura, opens the mind to new opportunities and solutions. Happiness create room for love and affection, above all happiness brings out the better version of you.

How to achieve happiness

• Meditate on happy thoughts.
• Focus on solutions never problems.
• Avoid toxic or unhappy people.
• Make others happy.
• Enjoy every day, for everyday is a gift.
• Remain positive

Have you noticed, that things you feel will finally bring you that happiness you lack, when they are achieved, you seem not to still get the happiness you desire?

This infact is a prove that your happiness starts from within you, happiness is sartisfaction and contentment.

Once you know and believe happiness starts from within you, You have already started creating your happiness within.

Once you master the ability to find peace within your self, you are free.
